Hello and thank you for visiting my page. I hope you find what you are looking for. Please have a look around the website and feel free to call me or e-mail if you would like to find out more about how hypnotherapy could help you.
No question is too small. I always offer an initial telephone consultation at my expense, as I feel it is important to take the time to get to know you a little and explain what your treatment will involve before you embark on your journey to a new you!
If you are looking for help for your children, I have a Diploma in Paediatric Hypnotherapy and have much experience in dealing with teenagers. I have a full and up to date DBS clearance.
Before becoming a therapist I worked as a secondary school teacher, for 16 years, teaching Modern Foreign Languages and then working as Head of Sixth Form. In that setting, I became increasingly aware of the damaging impact of stress on the quality of people's lives. Both staff and students were suffering under the pressure of modern day demands. A couple of my students accessed hypnotherapy to help them deal with the pressure of exams and the difference I saw in them was phenomenal. Their whole approach to life changed for the better and they seemed to sail through the exam period, looking calm and confident, and managed to achieve their very best. I decided to find out more about this amazing therapy and this was where my exciting and life-changing journey began. Today I am delighted to be able to support people through difficult times and provide them with the tools to take control of their own lives. I hope I have the opportunity help you too.
